Инвентарь:
глубокая миска, венчик, миксер, объемная миска, противень, пекарская бумага, столовая ложка, чайная ложка
Приготовление:
Подготавливаем необходимые продукты для приготовления вкуснейшего овсяного печенья. Высыпаем в глубокую миску 170 гр. овсяных хлопьев, 100 гр. пшеничной муки, добавляем 1 ч.л. ванильного сахара, по вкусу соль, 1 ч.л. разрыхлителя и хорошо перемешиваем все ингредиенты в миске между собой.
В большую миску разбиваем 3 куриных яйца и высыпаем 150 гр. сахара, после чего хорошо перемешиваем миксером. Выливаем в миску с яичной массой 100 гр. растопленного сливочного масла и хорошо перемешиваем все ингредиенты в миске миксером.
Выкладываем овсяную смесь за два приема в миску с жидкой основой и хорошо перемешиваем все ингредиенты между собой, затем отставляем на 30 минут для набухания хлопьев. Удалив сердцевины и срезав кожицу с 2-х яблок нарезаем их небольшим произвольным кубиком.
Выкладываем нарезанные яблоки в миску, после чего поливаем соком 0,5 лимона и перемешиваем. Выкладываем по прошествии времени нарезанные яблоки в миску с овсяной смесью и перемешиваем между собой все ингредиенты. Выкладываем по 1 ст.л. приготовленного теста на застеленный пергаментом противень.
Ставим противень в разогретую до 200 градусов духовку выпекать печенье на 15-20 минут, по прошествии которых достаем приготовленное печенье из духовки и выкладываем на тарелку.
