Отличный вариант дневного перекуса.
Ингредиенты:
- мука 600 г
- кефир 3.2% 300 мл
- клубника 250 г
- масло сливочное 80 г
- яйца 3 шт.
- сода гашеная 1 ч.л.
- сахар
- манная крупа
Приготовление:
1 час
- Взбить яйца с сахарным песком, влить растопленное сливочное масло и кефир.
- Погасить соду уксусом, добавить в яичную смесь.
- Всыпать муку небольшими порциями.
- Форму смазать маслом, посыпать манной крупой, вылить тесто.
- Выложить нарезанные ягоды клубники, утопить их в тесто.
- Время выпекания – около пятидесяти минут, в последние пятнадцать минут температуру в духовке уменьшить до 160 градусов.

Пирог можно полить сгущенным молоком или приготовить крем из сыра «Маскарпоне», сахара и жирных сливок.
